Mark Ingram, PE, PTOE
Transportation Engineer
I am a seasoned transportation engineer based in Houston, Texas, with over 30 years of expertise in transportation design, traffic analysis, and infrastructure planning. Originally from Houston, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly the University of Missouri - Rolla), laying a strong foundation for my career in advancing transportation systems.
For more than 20 years, I have been dedicated to teaching Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Construction Scheduling, and Engineering Economics, preparing aspiring engineers for both the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) and Professional Engineer (PE) exams. My courses, delivered across states including California, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Virginia, West Virginia, and Florida, have empowered over 20,000 engineers to achieve a 90%+ passing rate on the NCEES exams, equipping them with practical skills and exam strategies for successful careers.
In 2024, I founded Ingram Transportation Review to address evolving PE exam requirements, offering a comprehensive, results-driven review course tailored to the latest standards. In 2025, I expanded the program to include the Transportation FE Review, further supporting the next generation of engineers in their journey to licensure.
As Vice President and Traffic Engineering Practice Lead at HNTB Corporation in Houston, I oversee complex transportation projects, leveraging my extensive experience to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. I am also an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), where I contribute to advancing industry standards and fostering professional development.

The course is currently structured as an on-demand course, meaning that once you sign up, you will have access to exam-style problems with access to detailed video solutions to help with strategy and technical excellence.
I have taught live courses since 2002 and will consider live courses for large organizations if there is an interest.
